Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

I voluntarily assume responsibility for myself, my pet(s), and any minor children or guests accompanying me. 

I certify that my pet is under my care and control and, to the best of my knowledge, is healthy, appropriately vaccinated as required by law, and suitable to participate safely in a public event around people and other animals.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release, waive, and hold harmless the Home & Pet Fest, its producers, organizers, sponsors, venue owners and operators, affiliates, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents from claims or liability arising from injury, illness, loss, property damage, or other damages occurring in connection with my or my pet’s participation in the event, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.

I accept full responsibility for the actions and behavior of my pet and for any injury or damage my pet may cause to another person, animal, or property.

I understand that event organizers reserve the right to remove or decline participation by any animal whose behavior may present a safety concern.

By signing or electronically accepting this registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
